Adaptive Rail is a product concept in validation. This notice explains how information submitted through the Founding List is intended to be handled.
Information we collect
We collect the email address, region and primary AI workflow you submit. Optional survey responses may include your intended use, price preference and free-text feedback. We also retain referral codes and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium and campaign.
Why we collect it
We use this information to measure genuine demand, understand developer workflows, communicate product-development updates and decide whether Adaptive Rail should move toward production.
How it is stored
Production deployments are designed to store Founding List data in a protected server-side database. Service credentials are never exposed in the browser. We do not collect card details directly.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from updates at any time. You may also request access, correction or deletion by starting the optional post-registration feedback with “Privacy request.”
Sharing
We do not sell Founding List information. We may use infrastructure and communication providers strictly to operate the validation program, subject to appropriate data-processing terms.
