A turnkey development partner or fully custom display can cost materially more. Is Adaptive Rail available today?
No. Adaptive Rail is a product concept currently in validation. We are learning what developers need before committing to production hardware.
Is this a preorder?
No. Joining the Founding List is free. The optional $49 reservation is a refundable priority reservation, not a full preorder.
Is the $49 reservation refundable?
Yes. It is fully refundable until you confirm a future purchase, subject to the published reservation terms.
What happens if the product is not manufactured?
If the project is cancelled, every active reservation will be automatically refunded to its original payment method.
Which operating systems are planned?
The intended desktop bridge is being explored for macOS, Windows and Linux. Final support may change during development.
Which AI tools will be supported?
Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, VS Code, terminal workflows and custom agents are planned integrations. None should be treated as confirmed yet.
When is the expected release?
There is no committed delivery date. Founding members will receive honest development updates as feasibility and demand become clearer.
Will the final design change?
It may. The concept establishes the intended interaction and material language, but dimensions, controls, materials and specifications may evolve.
Does the reservation guarantee a delivery date?
No. A reservation records priority interest only; it does not guarantee production, availability or a delivery date.
