Refund policy
The $49 Founder Edition priority reservation is intended to be fully refundable until you confirm a future purchase.
Before purchase confirmation
You may request a refund of an active reservation before accepting a final purchase offer. Contact refunds@adaptiverail.dev from the email address used for the reservation.
If the project is cancelled
Active reservations will be automatically refunded to the original payment method if Adaptive Rail is not taken forward.
Processing time
Approved refunds will be initiated promptly. The time required for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
No delivery guarantee
A reservation does not guarantee a delivery date. The right to request a refund is not affected by development delays before purchase confirmation.
